Medical marijuana providers and state officials are still trying to sort out the details of how the new law with temporary changes will work.
Although the law allows patients to still receive their medical cannabis by sale, they are trying to make sure that process is legal.

A district judge in Helena has issued a partial injunction against Montana's new medical marijuana law .
