"Own a piece of infamous U.S. history!" That's how a realtor in Lincoln is marketing the property once owned by Ted Kaczynski, the now-convicted "Unabomber."

John Pistelak Realty in Lincoln is asking $69,500 for the lot which it describes as "obviously very secluded."

That's down from the original asking price of $154,500 for the 1.4 acre lot near the Bob Marshall and Scapegoat wilderness areas.

The listing says power and water are not currently on the property, but are available.

Kaczynski's cabin is no longer on the lot; it's on display at the Newseum in Washington, D.C.

Kaczynski is currently serving a life sentence in a maximum-security prison in Colorado.
