Felix Van Slyke, the 27 year old man charged in a Lewistown stabbing incident has been released on bail.
Van Slyke called Montana's News Station on Sunday to talk about the incident.
He says he came home from work around 10:30 Thursday night to a party at his house.
He walked into a back room where he says he found 22 year old Jacob Stough raping his wife.
Van Slyke says he beat the man up but says Stough wouldn't leave.
He then got a knife to threaten Stough to leave but says he still wouldn't.
Police say they got a 911 call reporting a man was stabbed in the abdomen.
Van Slyke was charged with assault with a weapon.
He posted $35,000 bond and was released from jail.
Stough was arrested on three warrants.
(February 18, 2012) Lewistown police are investigating a stabbing that took place after an alleged sexual assault earlier this week.
According to Lewistown Police, a 911 call on Thursday night reported that a man had been stabbed in the abdomen.
When police arrived, they arrested a 27 year old man on a charge of assault with a weapon.
The Fergus County Sheriff's Office said the man's name is Felix Van Slyke.
The man he allegedly stabbed, 22 year old Jacob Stough, was located several hours later and transported to the Central Montana Medical Center.
Stough was later released from the hospital and arrested on three warrants.
A woman who was present at the time of the stabbing reported she was sexually assaulted.
Authorities also say an 18 year old female was arrested for obstructing a peace officer and misdemeanor assault.
