Emergency crews are on the scene of a possible gas leak in Great Falls.
Reports of a gas smell near the intersection of 8th Street SW and Central Avenue West prompted a response from Great Falls Fire Rescue and Energy West.

1 man injured after van crashes through fence in Great Falls

One man has been injured after a van crashed through a fence in Great Falls.
It happened at around 8:30 p.m. on Monday near the 900 block of River Drive South.
Initial reports indicate that the man suffered a head injury; the severity of the injury is not yet known.

Humvees, ambulances, fire trucks and school buses piled into the Montana ExpoPark on Saturday to give the community a lesson in safety.
The annual Safety First rally teaches kids everything from the importance of wearing a helmet to what it looks like inside a military vehicle.
